To provide GST invoicing and accounting services, Billkosh collects account information (name, email), business details (GSTIN, address), and the invoice, customer, product, and transaction data you enter into the app.
2. How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the service: generating invoices, GST reports, and dashboards for your business. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data isolation
Every business's data is isolated using row-level security at the database layer — other Billkosh customers cannot access your invoices, customers, or reports.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
