What exactly is free right now?
Everything. Until 31 March 2027, every business on Billkosh gets the complete Pro feature set — unlimited invoices, unlimited team members, e-invoicing, GSTR-9, the TDS/TCS report, scheduled report emails — at no cost and with no card on file.
What happens on 1 April 2027?
Pro becomes ₹199 per month. If you'd rather not pay, you stay on the Free plan, which continues permanently with 20 finalized invoices a month and a single user. Nothing is deleted either way — your data stays yours and stays exportable.
Why 1 April?
It's the start of the Indian financial year, which is when most businesses close their books and switch accounting software anyway. We'd rather line up with your year than interrupt it.
Do you charge per user or per seat?
No. Pro is priced per business — add as many teammates as you need and the bill doesn't move. The Free plan is single-user, so if you have staff who need their own login, Pro is the tier for you.
Are there per-invoice or hidden fees?
No per-invoice fees, no setup fees, no charge for support. Pro is one flat monthly amount.
Will you raise the price later?
₹199 is the price we're committing to for launch. If it ever changes we'll give existing customers clear notice well in advance — and we'll never change a price silently on an active subscription.
Can I get my data out?
Always, on every plan, including Free. One-click export of your invoices, customers, products, and ledger — plus a Tally-compatible export. Your books should never be held hostage by your software.
